445bd Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction & Acceptance

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the 445bd platform and all associated services. By registering, creating an account, or using the service in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full.

If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you are asked not to use the platform. 445bd reserves the right to change or amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after any changes will be taken as acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Account Registration & Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement & Eligibility

To open an account at 445bd, you must be at least 21 years old. By registering an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. 445bd has the right to request proof of age verification at any time.

2.2 One Person, One Account

Each person may open only one account. If multiple accounts are created by the same person, this will be treated as abuse and all related accounts may be closed. Opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses or any other benefits is strictly prohibited.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Providing false or misleading information may result in account suspension or closure, and any balance held may be forfeited.

2.4 Account Security

Keeping your login credentials (username and password) confidential is entirely your responsibility. No third party may be given access to your account. The account holder will be held responsible for all activity carried out from the account.

3. Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

3.1 Supported Payment Methods

445bd currently supports the following payment methods:

3.2 Minimum Limits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 (for each method). The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.

3.3 Withdrawal Timeframe

Approved withdrawals are generally completed within 10 to 45 minutes. However, slight delays may occasionally occur due to payment gateway or banking system issues.

3.4 Withdrawal Terms

Account verification (KYC) may need to be completed before requesting a withdrawal. 445bd reserves the right to suspend a withdrawal and conduct an investigation if unusual activity or fraud is suspected.

4. Bonus & Promotion Terms

4.1 Welcome Bonus

445bd offers new members a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000.

• Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,000 bonus → total balance ৳2,000
• Deposit ৳22,000 or more → maximum ৳10,000 bonus → total balance ৳32,000

4.2 Wagering Requirements

A 20x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. Note that wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of deposit and bonus.

Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 20 = a total of ৳20,000 must be wagered before the bonus can be withdrawn.

4.3 General Bonus Rules

• Each bonus offer may have its own specific expiry period
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering requirements must be completed first
• If bonuses are claimed through multiple accounts, all bonuses will be cancelled
• Following low-risk betting strategies using bonus funds may result in the bonus being cancelled
• 445bd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time

5. VIP & Loyalty Program

5.1 VIP Tiers

445bd has three VIP tiers for active players:

• Bronze: up to 0.4% weekly cashback benefit
• Silver: up to 0.8% weekly cashback benefit
• Gold: up to 1.2% weekly cashback benefit

Tiers are determined based on player activity and engagement on the platform. Play regularly and actively to move up to a higher tier.

5.2 Cashback Payment Rules

Cashback is paid at a set time each week. The cashback amount is subject to 445bd's review and discretion. 445bd reserves the right to change the terms of the VIP program at any time.

6. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 445bd, and any violation will result in immediate account closure:

• Fraud, theft, or use of unauthorized payment methods
• Attempting to hack or manipulate any software, algorithm, or code on the platform
• Coordinated betting with the intent of bonus arbitrage or exploiting system advantages
• Operating multiple accounts or playing on behalf of another person
• Money laundering or any illegal financial activity
• Harassing or insulting other users on the platform
• Placing bets using automated bots or scripts
• Operating an account on behalf of a minor for any reason

As a result of the above activities, the full account balance may be forfeited and legal action may be taken where necessary.

7. Betting & Gaming Rules

7.1 General Rules

All bets on 445bd are considered final once confirmed. Changes or cancellations after a bet is placed are generally not possible, unless a technical error is proven.

7.2 Technical Errors

445bd reserves the right to void any winnings that were incorrectly paid out due to a software or server issue. In such cases, any overpaid amount will be deducted from the account.

7.3 Sports Betting

For sports betting, 445bd accepts the designated official results. If a match is postponed or cancelled, the bet will be considered void and the stake will be refunded. Details on betting rules for incomplete events can be found on the relevant game page.

8. Responsible Gaming

• Operating multiple accounts
• Prolonged inactivity

10.2 Closure by the User

You may request account closure at any time by contacting our support team. Any pending withdrawals will be processed before the account is closed.

11. Limitation of Liability

445bd is not liable under any circumstances for the following:

• Betting issues caused by loss of internet connection
• Faults with the user's device or software
• Delays or issues with third-party payment gateways
• Losses arising from unauthorized use of a user's account (where caused by the user's own negligence)

In the event of any dispute or issue, 445bd's decision will be considered final, unless a technical error is proven.

12. Changes to Terms

445bd reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. For significant changes, notice will be given via registered email or on the platform. Continued use of the service after any changes will be taken as acceptance of the new Terms.
